Buying from Redcat Racing

Redcat Racing is a solid choice for RC hobbyists who want an affordable hobby-grade crawler and the ability to buy any replacement part direct, down to a $7.99 servo link. Skip it if you want a toy you never have to wrench on: Redcat's own warranty page says these vehicles are meant to be worked on by the owner, even under warranty. Check whether your model includes a battery and charger before you order, because some Vertex-10 versions don't.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused, complete items in original packaging, starting with an RMA through support@redcatracing.com. The buyer pays return shipping, shipping costs aren't refunded, and exchanges are for defective or damaged items only.
Warranty
Vehicles carry a one-year limited warranty, with claims filed directly through Redcat. Covered parts are sent free for the owner to install; crash damage, normal wear, and lack of maintenance aren't covered.
