About this product
From The Feed's product listing:
The last 20% where the race is made or the interval is crushed. It's where you either hold your pace or watch it drop. Your muscles need oxygen when pushing hard. Lots of it. And when your cardiovascular system can't deliver it efficiently enough, you slow down. Everyone does. But there's an age-old trick that unlocks more room for performance. Endurance athletes have known about beets for years—World Tour teams, Olympic marathoners, elite triathletes have all been downing beet juice before big efforts. The problem? You had to chug massive volumes of juice, hope the nitrate content was actually high enough, and pray your stomach cooperated. The Amacx Beet Shot gives you everything that made beets famous in endurance sports, minus everything that made them impractical. Take 2.5 hours before your race. This is 500mg of pure dietary nitrate in a 60ml shot—delivering a researched dose
