About this product
From The Feed's product listing:
Cramping at mile 10 isn't bad luck, it's bad preparation. You've probably felt a calf seize at the worst possible moment, reached for whatever was in your pocket, and finished the day swearing you'd find something that actually works. Here's what most athletes don't realize: cramp prevention has more to do with the nervous system than electrolytes, and most fueling brands don't address it at all. Cramp Relief That Actually Works CrampFix uses a fast nervous-system reflex, not electrolyte replacement. The strong sour flavor activates sensory receptors in your mouth and throat that override the misfiring motor neurons causing your cramp, with relief typically arriving in 30 to 60 seconds. Every Format, One Pack CrampFix for cramp prevention and rescue, Fuel X and Fuel X PRO for hydration and endurance fueling, and Gel X Pro for late-session caffeine — all four product types in one pack
