The plants produce generously over an extended season, offering a steady harvest of crisp, juicy beans perfect for the kitchen or preserving. Tendergreen is an all-purpose variety with brown-colored seeds and a mild, rich flavor. Enjoy it fresh, steamed, sautéed, in casseroles, soups, or stir-fries. It’s also amazing pickled or frozen, and doubles beautifully as a shelling
