Aurzen review 2026

Aurzen makes sense if you want a small, affordable projector with Roku TV or Google TV built in, so you don't need a streaming stick. Skip it if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Rhode Island, which the shipping policy excludes. Before ordering, email support to confirm the return window, because the refund policy we reviewed doesn't state one.

About Aurzen

Aurzen sells compact smart projectors and the accessories that go with them: stands, mounts, carrying cases, remotes, screens, and a wireless casting dongle. The lineup is split into three series. EAZZE is the everyday home line, BOOM is pitched as a theater in a box with stronger audio, and ZIP is a pocketable tri-fold design. The site draws an estimated 124,000 monthly visits.

What the catalog looks like

The store lists about 35 products, 14 of them projectors, with a median price of $69.99 because accessories make up the rest. Projector prices run from $139.99 to $579.99. At the low end, the EAZZE E1R ($139.99) has Roku TV built in, weighs under a pound, and projects at 720p according to its sibling E1 listing. The EAZZE D1R Roku TV model ($199.99) and EAZZE D1G Google TV model ($229.99) step up to 1080p with auto focus and keystone. The BOOM mini ($349.99) and EAZZE D1 MAX ($349.99) are the higher-end home options, with the D1 MAX listing 1000 ANSI lumens and Gemini AI in Google TV.

The ZIP Tri-Fold ($259.99) is the most unusual item. It folds like a small book, has a 5000mAh battery, and mirrors a phone without Wi-Fi. The ZIP Pro ($579.99) adds full HD, a touch display, and dual Bluetooth audio. Accessories include a 120-inch portable screen for $24.99, a 25,000mAh PowerBase stand for $129.99, and a Tesla Model Y projection sunshade for $119.99.

What makes it different

Most budget projectors run a generic Android build or need a streaming stick. Aurzen builds Roku TV or Google TV into most models, which means familiar apps and remotes out of the box. The about page also says the company has its brightness ratings certified by SGS under the ANSI/ISO 21118 standard, which helps in a category where inflated lumen claims are common. Do note the large gap between some sale and compare-at prices (the ZIP lists $669.97 compare-at against $259.99), so compare against other retailers.

Shipping, returns, and support

Shipping is free on all orders, from a California warehouse via DHL, USPS, UPS, or FedEx, with delivery quoted at 3 to 7 business days. The policy lists US delivery only and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses, and Rhode Island. Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours. After that and before delivery, a transaction fee applies (2.6% for cards, 3.6% for PayPal). Returns start by emailing support@aurzen.com with photos of the product and packaging, and refunds post in about 3 to 7 business days. The refund policy text we reviewed does not state a return window, and its warranty page is only a registration form. Support is reachable by phone at 1-667-218-4830.

What stands out

  • Built-in streaming. Most projectors ship with Roku TV or Google TV, so no streaming stick is needed.
  • SGS-certified brightness. The about page says brightness ratings are certified to ANSI/ISO 21118.
  • ZIP tri-fold design. A foldable, battery-powered projector that mirrors a phone without Wi-Fi.
  • Free shipping on every order with 3 to 7 business day delivery quoted.

Good to know before you order

  • The refund policy we reviewed does not state a return window, and no warranty term is published
  • Ships within the US only and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, territories, military addresses, and Rhode Island
  • Cancellations after 24 hours carry a 2.6% to 3.6% transaction fee
  • The refund policy lists an EcoFlow email address in one spot, which looks like a copy-paste error
  • Some compare-at prices are much higher than the current price, so the discount looks bigger than it may be

Tips before you buy

  1. Pick by streaming platform first: Roku TV models (E1R, D1R) or Google TV models (D1G, BOOM, D1 MAX).
  2. For daytime or larger-screen use, look at brightness. The D1 MAX lists 1000 ANSI lumens, well above the budget models.
  3. Decide within 24 hours of ordering; canceling after that costs a transaction fee.
  4. Buy the series-specific case or stand, since several accessories only fit one model.
  5. Email support to confirm the return window and warranty length before you buy.
