Green Regimen review 2026

Green Regimen fits shoppers who want a small, plant-based supplement line with fully disclosed doses, especially its $19.99 ThermoLean and SheVolve capsules. Skip it if you're sensitive to caffeine or want clear shipping terms, since ThermoLean lists 200 mg of caffeine per capsule and the store doesn't publish a shipping policy. Read the label and check with your doctor before starting any of these products.

About Green Regimen

Green Regimen is a small supplement brand selling plant-based capsules and organic vegan protein. Its site lists two current hero lines: ThermoLean, a thermogenic support capsule, and SheVolve, a women's hormone support capsule marketed for perimenopause and menopause. The brand began with Elite Protein, an organic plant-based protein and meal replacement powder, which is still sold in packets and multi-month bundles.

What's in the catalog

The store has just 13 products, with prices from $14.99 to $152.99 and a median of $49.99. The capsules are the most affordable way in. ThermoLean Thermogenic Support and SheVolve Hormone Support each cost $19.99 for 30 servings, and 3-pack 90-day bundles of either cost $50.99. A New Wellness Starter Bundle pairs one of each for $35.99. Energy and Focus Capsules and Kiwi Optimize Chewables are both marked down to $14.99 from $29.99.

Protein costs more. The Organic Plant Based Protein Vanilla Packets (15 servings) list at $49.99, or about $3.33 per serving, and the 3 Month Supply is $152.99. That's on the high side for plant protein, where many tubs run $1.50 to $2.50 per serving, though Green Regimen's version is described as USDA organic and includes superfoods like spirulina, maca and chia.

What makes it different

The clearest point in Green Regimen's favor is label transparency. The about page lists exact doses for each active ingredient: ThermoLean has 200 mg caffeine anhydrous and 200 mg of a ginger blend per capsule, and SheVolve has 100 mg shatavari extract and 100 mg magnesium bisglycinate per capsule. The brand states there are no proprietary blends, which makes it easier to compare against other products or discuss with a doctor.

The marketing copy is enthusiastic, and some product titles use strong claims. Treat those as the brand's marketing. These products are sold as dietary supplements, and the site carries the standard FDA disclaimer that they aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Check with your doctor before using a caffeine-based thermogenic or a hormone support formula, particularly if you take medication or are pregnant.

Policies and contact

The shipping page didn't contain any policy text when we checked, so delivery times and costs aren't published. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused, in original packaging and with proof of purchase. Some health and personal care items are non-returnable, and the policy says sale items can't be refunded. The site advertises a 30-day guarantee, so ask support how that applies before ordering. Contact is by email at Info@greenregimen.com, with a mailing address in Glendale, California.

What stands out

  • No proprietary blends. Active ingredients are listed with exact per-capsule doses.
  • Low entry price. ThermoLean and SheVolve cost $19.99 for 30 servings.
  • 90-day bundles of either capsule for $50.99.

Tips before you buy

  1. Count your total daily caffeine before taking ThermoLean, which lists 200 mg per capsule.
  2. Buy the 3-pack if you plan to use a capsule for three months; it costs $50.99 versus $59.97 for three singles.
  3. Ask support about shipping costs and the 30-day guarantee before ordering, since neither is spelled out in a policy.
  4. Remember sale items can't be refunded, so start with a single bottle if you're unsure.
  5. Check with your doctor before using thermogenic or hormone support supplements.
