Mars By GHC and The Feed both sell supplements to active people, but they are built for different shoppers. The Feed is a multi-brand sports nutrition store for endurance athletes, selling gels, chews, drink mixes, protein and supplements from dozens of brands, often by the single serving. Mars By GHC is a single-brand men's wellness line of capsules, chews, resins and combo stacks built around nitric oxide, shilajit, adaptogens and hair support. They overlap most directly on gym and performance supplements such as creatine, which is where this comparison is most useful.
The verdict
- For most athletes and gym-goers: The Feed. It is clearly the stronger store in our reviews, and Mars By GHC trails well behind. You can try products by the single serving, many listings state exact doses, and some products carry third-party certification.
- For creatine specifically: The Feed. Its SFH creatine lists 5 g per scoop and 60 servings for $25.99. Mars sells creatine in capsules at $29.99 but does not state the creatine dose per serving.
- Mars By GHC is only worth considering if you specifically want its herbal stacks (shilajit, ashwagandha, tongkat ali, nitric oxide blends) in one checkout, accept that all sales are final, and have checked the ingredients with your doctor.
Head-to-head
| | Mars By GHC | The Feed |
|---|---|---|
| Our take | Weak: thin dosing details, inflated compare-at prices, final sale | Recommended: clearer labels, try-before-you-commit single servings |
| Value / Policies / Transparency | Average / Poor / Below average | Strong / Fair / Good |
| What it sells | Own-brand men's wellness: nitric oxide, shilajit, creatine caps, biotin chews, NAD+ | 2,350 products from many sports nutrition brands: fuel, hydration, protein, supplements, gear |
| Typical price | $29.99 singles, $39.99 chews, $49.99 to $59.99 combos | Single servings from about $2; boxes and tubs vary |
| Dose disclosure | Ingredient amounts often not listed | Usually stated per serving on our sampled listings |
| Returns | All sales final; refund or replacement only for damaged, wrong or lost orders reported within 14 days with photo or video | Unsuitable food within 30 days for replacement or credit; opened food is store credit; opened specialty supplements over $40, ketones and CBD are final sale |
| Shipping | 2 to 3 days processing, 5 to 7 business days delivery | No shipping policy text in the pages we reviewed |
| Discounts | Compare-at prices three to four times the selling price | About half the catalog on sale; pack-size pricing can exaggerate savings |
Dose transparency is the deciding factor
With supplements, the label is the product. If you cannot see how much of each ingredient is in a serving, you cannot compare value or judge whether a dose is meaningful.
Our review of Mars By GHC found ingredient amounts missing across its listings. The Nitric Oxide capsules (60 count, 2 per day, $29.99) list arginine and citrulline forms plus ashwagandha, moringa and maca, but not how much of each. The creatine capsules list 4 capsules daily without the creatine content; since common creatine doses are several grams a day, capsule counts matter. The shilajit resin's title mentions tongkat ali, but the ingredient list does not include it, and no heavy-metal testing results are stated, which matters because shilajit quality varies by source.
The Feed's listings in our sample are more specific. The SFH creatine states 5 g per scoop. Edge Nutrition Fuel Hydration lists 680 mg sodium and 23 g carbohydrate per 28 g scoop. Neotein lists 10 g of collagen protein per serving with 0 g sugar and Informed Sport certification. Not every listing is complete; the Instant Hydration electrolyte mix does not give sodium per stick, for example.
Price comparison where they overlap
Creatine. The Feed's SFH micronized creatine monohydrate is $25.99 for 60 servings at 5 g each, about $0.43 per serving. Our review notes that is more than some bulk brands, and third-party testing is not mentioned. Mars's micronized creatine capsules with shilajit and ashwagandha cost $29.99 for an unstated number of servings and an unstated creatine dose. Capsule creatine usually costs more per gram than powder. Creatine monohydrate is one of the most studied sports supplements, so a clearly dosed, plain product is the easier choice.
Pre-workout and circulation. Mars sells capsule nitric oxide blends and a beetroot nitric oxide booster. The Feed carries drink mixes and endurance products from many brands. If you take blood pressure medication, talk to your doctor before trying any nitric oxide product.
Claims and safety
Mars By GHC's product names make aggressive marketing claims, and some listings frame products around sexual health or testosterone. Supplements are not approved to treat those conditions; if you have symptoms, see a doctor, since they can signal other health issues. Our review also flagged the brand's statement that its products are safe for all with no side effects, which no supplement can promise. Several Mars combos double up on ashwagandha across both products, so your total intake may be unclear. The Lion's Mane formula contains cod liver oil, which matters for vegetarians and anyone with a fish allergy. High-dose biotin, as in Mars's 10,000 mcg hair chews, can interfere with some lab tests, so tell your doctor before bloodwork.
The Feed's catalog is mostly food and sports nutrition from established brands, with athlete-focused descriptions. Check each brand's panel for caffeine and allergens; the chews tryout pack hides full nutrition panels on the listing.
Return policies
Mars By GHC: all sales are final. You can get a refund or replacement only if an order is damaged, incorrect or undelivered, reported within 14 days of delivery with photo or video evidence. Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable, and refund terms on the contact page conflict with the main policy. Cancel before shipment if you change your mind.
The Feed: contact them within 30 days if food arrives unsuitable to eat for a replacement or credit. Opened food gets store credit only, gear is returnable only if damaged, and opened specialty supplements over $40, ketones and CBD are final sale. Contact support before shipping anything back.
Neither is generous, but The Feed's single-serving model limits how much you risk on a product you end up disliking.
