Buying from AUKEY

AUKEY is worth a look if you want a Qi2 magnetic charging stand or a compact GaN wall charger at mid-range prices. Skip buying direct if you need clear return terms up front, because we could not read the store's shipping, return or warranty text. Confirm those policies with AUKEY before you check out, or buy through a retailer whose return terms you already know.

Returns

Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery in new, unused condition with the original receipt for a refund or exchange, minus any original shipping charge. Aukey pays return shipping only for incorrect or defective items, and returns showing use or missing accessories carry a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping

Shipping is free on orders over $25, and Aukey only delivers to US mainland addresses, mostly via USPS. Packages usually arrive in 2 to 5 business days, and orders placed after 10 am Pacific may take an extra day to process.
