Buying from Batanaful Haircare

Batanaful is a reasonable pick if you want single-ingredient batana oil from a UK seller with clear shipping rates and a 30-day return window on unopened products. Skip it if you're expecting the dramatic results its about page and FAQ promise, since claims like reversing hair loss aren't backed by evidence on the site. Patch-test any oil first, and remember opened products can't be returned unless faulty.

Shipping
UK orders before 1pm on weekdays dispatch the same day via Royal Mail Tracked; standard delivery is £3.99 (free over £50) and next day is £5.99. Europe is £15, rest of world £18 tracked or £30 by DHL Express.
Returns
Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery; you pay return shipping unless the item is faulty, and refunds are processed within 14 days. Opened products aren't accepted for hygiene reasons, and damage must be reported within 7 days with photos.
International
US orders ship by USPS in about 3 to 5 working days plus 1 to 3 days of dispatch, and Canada by USPS or UPS in 3 to 12 working days. Customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.
