Buying from Fanttik

Fanttik is a good fit if you want compact, rechargeable versions of everyday tools for the car, garage and campsite, and you live in the contiguous US. Skip it if you need contractor-grade power tools on a shared battery platform. Check the shipping exclusion list first, since Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and several other areas are not served.

Shipping

Free shipping on all products within the US service area, with 1 to 2 business days of processing and 2 to 7 business days of standard delivery. No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, PO boxes or military addresses.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with proof of purchase; email support@fanttik.com for the return address. Customers pay return shipping on change-of-mind returns, there is no restocking fee, and refunds post to the original payment method in about 1 to 5 business days after approval.

Warranty

12-month free warranty on most products from receipt, 6 months on scooters and 2 years on line lasers. Some high-priced items offer an optional paid extended protection plan from a third party.
