Buying from Hexgaming

HexGaming is a strong pick for competitive shooter players who want back paddles, trigger stops and drift-resistant sticks on an official controller shell, for less than many pro-controller brands charge. Skip it if you need the controller soon, since US orders ship from China and take 15 to 25 business days on free shipping. Confirm the platform before ordering (PS4 models can't play PS5 games on a PS5), because non-defective returns carry a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping
Controllers take about 5 to 7 days to assemble and ship from China. Free standard shipping to the US is estimated at 15 to 25 business days; DHL Express is $25 for 5 to 10 business days, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns
30-day trial: open a support ticket within 30 days of receipt and return the controller within 45 days. Non-defective returns carry a 15% restocking fee and you pay return shipping; defective items get a prepaid label.
Warranty
Lifetime repair support for manufacturing defects like button failure and joystick drift. Repairs and round-trip shipping are free for 6 months from the order date, after which you pay shipping.
