EZ-BOOT™ MAX Extension Side Sleeves

Buying from Kensui

Kensui is a smart pick for home-gym lifters and calisthenics athletes who already own weight plates and want clever add-ons like a plate-loaded vest, kettlebell or neck trainer. Skip it if you want simple, generous returns, since the store's own policy pages disagree on the window and refund type. Get the return terms for your item in writing from support before ordering anything expensive.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight, dimensions and destination. Domestic shipments are generally in transit for 2 to 15 days and international for 4 to 22 days.

Returns

The refund policy page describes a 100-day policy for unused items in original packaging, with partial refunds after 30 days (90 for the EZ-VEST) and no refunds on sale items. The shipping policy separately says change-of-mind returns must be requested within 14 days, return shipping is paid by the customer, and refunds go to store credit.

Warranty

Warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days of receipt. You prepay return shipping and are reimbursed if the claim is valid, then choose a refund, store credit or replacement; claims are processed within 7 days of receipt.
