  • 75mg elemental magnesium (oxide and glycinate)

Things to consider

  • Ashwagandha is not advised during pregnancy and can interact with thyroid, sedative, and immune medications; check with a doctor.
  • 75mg of magnesium is a modest dose, partly from the less absorbable oxide form.
  • A 60-count bottle lasts only 30 days; the bundles include a 120-count bottle.

Buying from Natural Cure Labs

Natural Cure Labs (NCL) is a reasonable choice if you already want a monolaurin or L-lysine supplement and value vegetarian capsules without magnesium stearate or fillers, with single bottles mostly $18 to $42. Skip it if you want to try something and return it once opened, because opened supplements and sale items can't be returned. Ignore the inflated compare-at prices, compare the NCL and Palmara Health labels of the same formula, and check with your doctor before starting any supplement.
