Buying from Pizzello

Pizzello is a smart pick if you want an inexpensive outdoor pizza oven, like the dual-fuel Forte at $144.99, or a propane fire pit table, with free shipping and a 60-day return window. The catch: sale items can't be returned, and the ovens are currently on sale, so treat those purchases as final. Consider the $25 warranty extension to 3 years if you plan heavy use.

Shipping
Free standard shipping on orders over $50 to the lower 48 states, delivered in 3 to 5 working days. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and PO boxes are excluded for ovens.
Returns
You have 60 days after receipt to request a return of unused items in original packaging; contact support@pizzello.com first and you'll get a return label if approved. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned, and refunds post within 10 business days.
Warranty
Products come with a one-year warranty, which can be extended to three years for $25, an offer only available on pizzello.com.
