Rasical Chair / GrowSpica用 ヘッドレストカバー（黒のみ）

Buying from RASICAL

RASICAL makes sense for shoppers in Japan who want a highly adjustable ergonomic office chair and value a brand that sells nearly every replacement part separately. Skip it if you can't read Japanese or want an easy return, since the store is Japanese-language, returns are limited to 7 days for unopened items, and cancellations carry fees. Try the chair first through a showroom or the brand's home rental service if you can.

Shipping

Shipping within Japan is free, except ¥1,000 to Okinawa for regular items and ¥3,500 (Hokkaido) or ¥5,000 (Okinawa) for furniture. Regular items ship in about 3 to 5 days, and international shipping is calculated at checkout.

Returns

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days only for unused, unopened items, with return shipping paid by the customer; opened or assembled furniture can't be returned. Cancellations before shipment cost 10% of the order plus ¥3,000, and outlet, used, and winter sale items can't be cancelled or returned.

Warranty

Defects reported within 7 days of arrival get an exchange, parts, or refund with round-trip shipping covered by RASICAL. After that, the product warranty runs from the ship date under each product's terms; outlet, used, and winter sale items aren't covered.
