Buying from Sunjoy

Sunjoy is worth a look if you want a ready-to-assemble hardtop or cedar gazebo with free shipping, or if you own a Sunjoy gazebo bought at a big-box store and need an exact-fit replacement canopy or netting. Skip it if you want an easy return: the refund policy says sale and discounted items aren't returnable, and most of the catalog was marked down when we checked. Confirm whether your item counts as a sale item before you order a $1,000+ gazebo.

Shipping
Free shipping on most items to the contiguous US only. Small parcels ship in 3 to 5 business days and freight items in 7 to 10, followed by 3 to 10 business days of transit, and freight is delivered curbside.
Returns
Request a return within 30 days of receipt with pre-authorization and six photos, then ship it back within 7 days of approval. A 15 to 20% restocking fee may apply, shipping isn't refunded, and sale, discounted, or coupon-purchased items aren't returnable.
Warranty
For replacement canopies and netting, the refund policy points to warranty terms in the product's instruction manual; we didn't find a general warranty page.
