Buying from TerraMaster

TerraMaster is a strong pick if you want a capable NAS or multi-bay enclosure and care more about hardware per dollar than about the most polished software ecosystem. Skip it if a long warranty matters most, since the standard US coverage is 12 months and you pay to ship units in for service. Check exactly which drives and RAM your model supports before you buy.

Shipping
Free ground shipping on orders of $99 or more within the continental US (duties and taxes excluded). Orders ship within 48 hours and transit takes 3 to 5 business days.
Warranty
12-month limited warranty in the US (24 months in the EU) against manufacturing defects for the original buyer. TerraMaster repairs or replaces defective parts, but you pay shipping to them, and data loss is not covered.
Returns
Their published policy page covers warranty returns, which require proof of purchase and a return authorization number. A general change-of-mind return window isn't clearly spelled out.
