Torq 1:1 Proto High-Carb Energy Drink Mix

About this product

From The Feed's product listing:

With modern carbohydrate goals pushing past 90 grams an hour, the limiter for athletes often becomes the gut. Somewhere north of that mark, the glucose pathway that ordinary drink mixes rely on hits its ceiling, and adding more carbohydrates of the same kind only compounds the issue. TORQ's 1:1 Proto Energy Drink is built for high-carb goals , using a high-grade maltodextrin blended in a 1:1 ratio with fructose so your body can absorb both forms at once, delivering 40 grams of carbohydrate and a full five-electrolyte profile per serving. Push Past the 90-Gram Ceiling - Standard 2:1 drink mixes run into your body's glucose absorption limit around 90 grams of carbohydrate an hour. This formula pairs maltodextrin with an equal amount of fructose, so you can keep adding carbohydrate past that limit without the gut distress that comes from overloading a single absorption pathway.
