Buying from Tranya

Tranya fits shoppers who want inexpensive sports earbuds or a basic fitness smartwatch and like the idea of a two-device bundle. Skip it if you want premium noise cancellation or a smartwatch with medical-grade sensors. Read the return terms before ordering, because the refund page and warranty page describe the 30-day guarantee differently.

Returns
The warranty page describes a 30-day money-back guarantee on undamaged, unused items with all accessories and original packaging, but the refund policy says non-quality returns can't be accepted. You must contact service@tranya.com before returning anything, and non-quality returns don't get shipping refunded.
Warranty
Products carry a 12-month limited warranty from the purchase date; used products are not covered under the money-back guarantee. Quality-related claims can include refunds of delivery and return shipping costs, and some claims can be handled without a return.
