Simple answer? Nothing other than a name. The branding on the oscillating weight (Rotor as some call it) is the only difference. For example, the 4R35 has the same specs however, it includes the Seiko Brand logo on the rotor. The NH35 virtually identical to the 4r35, does not carry the Seiko logo and its purpose is for 3rd party use. Other than that, they are the same movement. “SII” stands for “Seiko Instruments Inc” and is in all technical purposes
