Shipping

Machines and refurbished machines ship free in the US; accessories and materials are a $10 flat fee under $89 and free at $89 or more. Standard US delivery is listed as 1 to 3 business days, with paid 3rd-day options for machines.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and you pay return shipping. No service fee applies in the first 14 days; from day 15 to 30 a non-defective return costs 10% to 30% of the order total, machines must have lasered under 50 times, and separately bought materials and filters are not returnable.

Warranty

xTool offers a limited warranty with free repair or replacement for problems within the warranty period, starting with remote troubleshooting by email to Support@xtool.com. Misuse, unauthorized repairs and third-party parts are excluded.

International
