Shipping and returns

Shipping is free worldwide to 150+ countries, though shipping to Gulf countries is temporarily suspended. Orders take 1 to 3 business days to process. Estimated delivery is 5 to 14 business days to the US, 6 to 14 to Europe, 6 to 16 to Canada and Australia, and 8 to 18 elsewhere. Items ship from the nearest partner warehouse when stocked there, otherwise from their main warehouse in China. Orders are tracked, and if one hasn't arrived within 2 months, Galartsy says it will reship or refund.

Returns are the main drawback. The window is 14 days from receipt, items must be unused in original packaging, and Galartsy will not accept returns for a change of mind or because you picked the wrong size. Handmade, limited edition and custom items can't be returned at all. If they made the mistake, they will refund or reship. Return shipping is otherwise at your expense.
