About Plus Minus Co

Plus Minus Co describes itself as an energetic clothing and fashion brand selling bikinis, swimwear, novelty tees, yoga leggings, lingerie, cufflinks, tungsten rings, and necklaces. In practice the store is a broad general-merchandise shop: about 4,069 products, from crochet dresses and denim skirts to zodiac mugs, fantasy football tees, framed prints, and a back stretcher. We found no traffic or ranking data for the site, so it appears to be a small store.

What the catalog looks like

Prices are low. The median item is $14.95, and most clothing and jewelry sits between about $14 and $46. Examples include the Flower Crochet Wide Strap Midi Dress ($45.83), the Tied Hollow Out Cover-Up Skirt ($27.05), a 925 Sterling Silver Butterfly Ring ($19.98), the Vintage Viking Odin Raven Thor's Hammer Necklace ($25.95), and the Respect The Commish fantasy football tee ($21.98). Print-on-demand mugs, like the Hello Fall Coffee Mug ($13.99), are a big part of the gift side.

The catalog feels assembled from many suppliers. Several product listings carry raw supplier specs (one lists the brand as "NoEnName_Null"), some titles are in German, and a few items show a compare-at price lower than the selling price. The FAQ confirms the model: the store partners with global merchants and artisans, and items ship from different locations including the United States, China, Europe, and Thailand.

What to expect on shipping

This is the biggest practical issue. The shipping policy says handling takes 1 to 5 business days and delivery typically takes 10 to 20 business days, while the FAQ lists 5 to 35 days for the US and Canada and 30 to 60 days for some other regions. The shipping page currently advertises free worldwide shipping on every order and says the normal threshold is $150. Orders come with tracking, and the policy says insured packages that are lost can be replaced or refunded.

Returns and contact

The refund policy allows returns within 30 days if items are unused and in original packaging. Sale items cannot be refunded, intimate goods are excluded, and exchanges are only for defective or damaged items, shipped to an address in Coconut Creek, Florida. Refund questions go to a Gmail address, while shipping help goes to support@plusminusco.com. The contact page lists a Palo Alto, California location, which differs from the Florida return address, so confirm where to send anything before you ship it back.

Bottom line

If you see a tee, mug, or ring you like and the price is low, the risk is small. For dresses where fit matters, or anything time-sensitive, the long shipping times and no-refund rule on sale items make this a weaker choice than an established fashion retailer.
