About Sunleafy

Sunleafy describes itself as a one-stop shop for health supplements, pet supplies, home essentials, office gadgets, computer accessories, fashion and more. The reality on the storefront is much smaller: the catalog lists only 3 products, all filed under a drugstore category, with prices from $13.11 to $49.98. We found no independent traffic or ranking data for the site.

What the catalog looks like

Only one product had full public details in our research: the Golden Milk Super Blend, labeled organic and vegan, at $13.11 (marked down from $14.08). The listing markets it as a drink blend made to support healthy joints and mobility. As with any supplement, that is the seller's marketing, not a medical claim we can confirm, so check with your doctor before adding it to your routine, particularly if you take medication. Two of the three products are currently on sale. We could not see enough detail on the other two items to describe them.

Claims to read carefully

The about page says many of its health products are made in FDA-certified facilities in the USA, and says the site is audited by top security firms and backed by Norton and McAfee. The site doesn't show the documentation behind those statements. Keep in mind that the FDA does not certify supplements or approve them before sale, so treat that wording as marketing. The site also says it supports the Non-GMO Project, but we did not see a product-level verification mark in the data we had.

The bigger issue is consistency. The FAQ promises a "hassle-free 60-day return policy", but the actual refund policy says 30 days. The contact page lists an email at a different domain (bykeko.com), while the refund policy uses info@sunleafy.com. None of this proves anything is wrong, but it is the kind of mismatch that makes it worth getting answers in writing before you order.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is free on all US orders. Handling takes 1 to 3 business days and transit 5 to 10 business days, with tracking by email. Orders placed before 7:00 AM are said to ship the same day.

The refund policy gives you 30 days after delivery to request a return, for unopened or unused items in original packaging. Defective, damaged or wrong items get a free return label with no restocking fee. For change-of-mind returns you pay the actual return shipping cost, though there is still no restocking fee. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned, which matters here because most of the catalog is on sale. Approved refunds take 10 to 15 business days. The return address and contact phone listed are 5401 S Kirkman Rd, Suite 230, Orlando, Florida, and +1 321-877-8108.

What stands out

• Free US shipping. Applies to all orders with no stated minimum.
• No restocking fee. Returns carry a $0 restocking fee even for change-of-mind returns.
• Published US address and phone. An Orlando, Florida address and phone number are listed in the refund policy.
