Frequently asked questions
Will it fit a US trailer plug?
Possibly not. Many US trailers use a 7-way RV blade connector, while the listing's 7-pin often refers to a European-style socket. Look at the plug photos and compare them with your tow vehicle's socket.
How does it work?
Testers like this plug into the socket and light LEDs for each function, such as brake or turn signal. Check the photos for LED labels.
What should I expect from delivery?
Allow about one to three weeks, sooner with a Choice or US-warehouse tag. If the plug does not match the one you ordered, document it and use the AliExpress dispute process. Duty shows at payment where applicable.
Is the 12V 7-Pin Trailer Plug Light Tester on sale?

What is AliExpress's return policy?
Eligible items can be returned within 90 days of payment, with the first return on each order free, according to AliExpress's 2024 US announcement. Return terms vary by seller and item, so check the product page. Custom, perishable and hygiene items are generally excluded.
How long does AliExpress take to ship?
AliExpress's 2024 US guarantee listed Choice orders at 5 to 12 days and standard orders at 8 to 14 days, but real-world standard shipping from China often runs longer. Items marked Ship from United States come from local stock. Free shipping on Choice orders depends on a minimum order shown at checkout.
