Things to consider
- The title does not say what the patch is made of or list the sizes, so check the photos and any ingredient or material line before ordering if you have sensitive skin.
- These are skin-care items, and AliExpress Buyer Protection excludes some hygiene and health products, so a refund is easier if the order is wrong or never arrives than if you simply do not like it.
- Delivery to the US is usually one to three weeks, and import charges can appear at checkout, so check the order breakdown.

Great value if you actually use patches by the dozen. Skip it if you are sensitive to adhesives and cannot confirm what is in them.

Frequently asked questions
Do pimple patches work?
They are mainly a barrier that covers a blemish and keeps you from picking at it. This listing makes marketing claims, so for persistent or painful breakouts talk to a dermatologist.
Can I wear them under makeup?
The listing sells them as invisible, so that is the intended use. Apply to clean, dry skin and check the photos for how thin they look.
Is the 360-count pack worth it?
If you use patches often, the per-patch cost is hard to beat. If you only get the occasional spot, a smaller pack avoids waste.

Typically one to three weeks, quicker on Choice items. Returns and refunds go through AliExpress Buyer Protection.
Is the 360-Piece Invisible Pimple Patches on sale?

What is AliExpress's return policy?
Eligible items can be returned within 90 days of payment, with the first return on each order free, according to AliExpress's 2024 US announcement. Return terms vary by seller and item, so check the product page. Custom, perishable and hygiene items are generally excluded.
How long does AliExpress take to ship?
AliExpress's 2024 US guarantee listed Choice orders at 5 to 12 days and standard orders at 8 to 14 days, but real-world standard shipping from China often runs longer. Items marked Ship from United States come from local stock. Free shipping on Choice orders depends on a minimum order shown at checkout.
