Frequently asked questions
Will it hold my phone securely?
Magnet strength is not stated. Mount it on a flat steel surface, test with your phone before relying on it, and avoid hanging it over a place where a fall would be costly.
Does it fit my phone case?
The clamp is retractable, but thick cases or a large phone may be too wide. Measure the case width and compare it to the clamp opening shown in the photos.
Will it stick to a fridge or toolbox?
A magnetic base sticks to steel surfaces such as a fridge door or toolbox. Stainless steel and aluminum can be weakly magnetic or not at all, so test the surface with a fridge magnet first.
How long does shipping to the US take?
A magnetic holder arrives in about one to three weeks, faster for Choice or Ship from United States items. Tracking is included, Buyer Protection applies if it fails to arrive, and import charges may be added at checkout.
Is the Magnetic Retractable Clamp Phone Holder on sale?
Yes. AliExpress lists it at $4.39, down from $8.78 (50% off). Sale prices change, so confirm the live price on aliexpress.com.
Is there a discount on the Magnetic Retractable Clamp Phone Holder?
AliExpress publishes these ways to save: Coins in the app. AliExpress sets the terms, which can change; our AliExpress coupons page has the details.
What is AliExpress's return policy?
Eligible items can be returned within 90 days of payment, with the first return on each order free, according to AliExpress's 2024 US announcement. Return terms vary by seller and item, so check the product page. Custom, perishable and hygiene items are generally excluded.
How long does AliExpress take to ship?
AliExpress's 2024 US guarantee listed Choice orders at 5 to 12 days and standard orders at 8 to 14 days, but real-world standard shipping from China often runs longer. Items marked Ship from United States come from local stock. Free shipping on Choice orders depends on a minimum order shown at checkout.
Does the Magnetic Retractable Clamp Phone Holder come with a warranty?
AliExpress's published warranty terms: AliExpress does not publish a marketplace-wide product warranty. Coverage depends on the individual seller, and Buyer Protection covers non-delivery, damage and not-as-described claims instead.
Where can I buy the Magnetic Retractable Clamp Phone Holder?
The Magnetic Retractable Clamp Phone Holder is sold directly by AliExpress on aliexpress.com. The Shop now button on this page goes straight to the product there.
