Highlights
- Silicone webbed hand paddles
- Worn on the fingers like gloves
- Sizes for men, women and children
- For pool and stroke training
Best for
Swimmers who want to add resistance to stroke drills.
Things to consider
- Sizing matters: use the size chart and your hand measurements, since a loose pair slips off in the water.
- Hand paddles load the shoulders, so build up gradually if you have shoulder issues.
- Silicone stretches with use, so expect them to loosen over time.
- Delivery to the US typically takes 1 to 3 weeks. Pick a Choice or US-warehouse option at checkout if you want it sooner. The listed price may not be the final cost, because import charges can apply to US orders. The amount depends on the item and the carrier.
