Buying from Castlebeard

Castlebeard is hard to recommend with confidence. The site pitches natural beard and skin care, but its live catalog is dominated by dress socks, Ole Miss college socks, and shirts, and several pages show template placeholder text. If you do buy, stick to full-price items you're sure about, because sale items and personal care products are non-returnable, and email support first if you have questions.

Shipping
Orders take 2 to 3 business days to process and average 3 to 5 business days in transit via USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx. If you have no tracking after 7 business days, email support@castlebeard.com.
Returns
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item; it must be unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging. Sale items, gift cards, and personal care products are non-returnable.
