Buying from Foxcreek Baskets

Foxcreek Baskets suits shoppers who want handmade, signed wood baskets, end grain cutting boards or a custom butcher block island from a small family workshop. Skip it if you need the option of a refund: the policy is exchange-only, you pay shipping both ways, and custom tables and islands can't be returned at all. Call the family before ordering anything large to confirm size, wood and delivery.

Returns: Foxcreek does not issue refunds; unused items in original packaging can be exchanged within 30 days with proof of purchase. You pay return shipping (billed before the exchange ships), and custom tables, islands and bar stools are not returnable.
Warranty: Baskets come with a limited lifetime warranty and are signed and dated. The warranty applies only to baskets.
