Highlights

  • Up to 30% incline, so Zone 2 effort is reachable at walking speed
  • ZoneFinder estimates a personal Zone 2 range; ZoneSync auto-adjusts speed from live heart rate
  • Heart-rate chest strap included in the box
  • 4.5 HP peak brushless motor, 12.4 mph top speed, 350 lb user capacity
  • 20 x 60 inch running surface, 8-point cushioned deck, 21.5 inch swivel screen

Best for

Steady-state cardio trainers who want the machine to manage their heart-rate zone, especially through steep incline walking.

Things to consider

  • At $1,399.99 it costs roughly three times the T3S, so the heart-rate features need to matter to you.
  • It uses a manual vertical fold, which typically takes more effort than a hydraulic assist; check the folded height for your space.
  • The screen works by wired mirroring, so confirm your phone or tablet supports video output over cable before counting on it.

Our take

The most capable treadmill in this lineup, with specs that justify a higher price if you train by heart rate. Casual walkers can save a lot with the T3S models.
