YESOUL review 2026

YESOUL is a good fit if you want an incline treadmill or a bike-plus-treadmill bundle for well under connected-fitness flagship prices. Skip it if you live in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico (they don't deliver there) or if you want a no-cost return, since non-defective returns carry a $100 restocking fee. Decide within 24 hours of ordering if you might cancel, because that is the only free-return window.

About YESOUL

YESOUL sells home cardio machines: motorized treadmills, smart exercise bikes, a rower and a recumbent bike. Their site positions the brand as a Peloton alternative at roughly half the price, with features like auto-incline, AI coaching and open streaming apps. The store also sells a long list of replacement parts, from control boards to knob caps, which is useful if you already own one of their machines.

Catalog and prices

Of 98 listed products, about a third are paid after-sales parts priced $5 to $35, and 17 are multi-machine family bundles. The machines themselves span a wide range. The Yesoul T3S Treadmill is $449.99, the T3S Pro with 10% auto-incline is $599.99, and the T3S Plus is $799.99. The newer T5 line moves into premium territory: the T5 Plus at $1,399.99, the T5 Max at $1,599.99 and the T5 Ultra (listed as a pre-order) at $1,799.99. The T5 pages describe heart-rate features called ZoneFinder and ZoneSync aimed at Zone 2 training.

Bikes, the rower and the recumbent mostly show up in bundles. The Kickstart Package pairs the S3 bike with the T3S treadmill for $699.99. The Family Home Gym Pro bundle combines the G1M Plus bike, R1M Plus rower and T3S Plus treadmill for $1,399.97. About 40 items carry a sale price, and the compare-at prices on bundles are roughly double the sale price.

How it compares

The main draw is price. A 10% auto-incline treadmill for $599.99 is well below what big connected-fitness brands charge, and YESOUL says its machines work with streaming apps like Netflix and Zwift rather than locking you into one subscription. On the flip side, product copy is not always consistent. The T3S Treadmill page mentions both a 3.0HP and a 3.5HP motor, so confirm specs with support before buying. A couple of listings are labeled for distributors and "not for customer", which is worth ignoring.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is free within the US on orders over $99 by FedEx or UPS from a US warehouse. They do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. T5 buyers can add white glove delivery and assembly for $299.99 through a third-party provider.

Returns are the weak spot. Cancel or return within 24 hours of ordering and YESOUL covers costs. After that, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, but you pay return freight plus a $100 restocking fee, and in-transit cancellations cost a $100 interception fee. Defective items are exempt from those fees. The site advertises a 1-year warranty.

What stands out

  • Bundle pricing. Two- and three-machine family packages run $699.99 to $1,499.97.
  • Parts store. About a third of the catalog is replacement parts priced $5 to $35.
  • White glove option. T5 treadmill buyers can add room-of-choice delivery and assembly for $299.99.
  • 24-hour free cancel window. Orders cancelled within 24 hours get free return or cancellation support.

  • Some product specs are inconsistent (the T3S page lists both 3.0HP and 3.5HP)
  • No phone number or email address appears in the contact page text we reviewed

  3. Ask support to confirm motor and deck specs, as some listings contradict themselves

  5. T5 buyers who don't want to assemble a heavy treadmill can add white glove service, but must cancel it within 24 hours if plans change
