The refund policy is strict and partly inconsistent. It opens by saying returns (except final sale) get store credit, then says authorized returns are refunded in full to your original account. Either way, you must email info@apparelcandy.com within 3 days of receiving your order with the order number, style number and reason, and you need a return authorization. Requests after 3 days, returns without authorization, and refused or undeliverable orders carry a 20% restocking fee plus freight. Nothing is accepted after 10 days. The customer pays all return shipping, and if your order shipped free, the original shipping cost is deducted from your credit. We did not find a shipping policy in the pages we reviewed, though the refund policy mentions a free shipping special. Check shipping cost and timing at checkout. Only 18 items are on sale.
