Highlights
- Urea cream
- Salicylic acid added
- Hyaluronic acid and tea tree
- Foot and hand use
Best for
Anyone with dry, rough heels or hands.
Things to consider
- The urea percentage isn't in the title, so the 'maximum strength' label is vague.
- Salicylic acid can irritate broken or sensitive skin; patch test first.
- Cosmetics from marketplace sellers may lack clear labeling, and the cream isn't a treatment for medical conditions.
- Transit from China to the US usually runs one to three weeks, with US-warehouse and Choice offers arriving sooner. Customs charges can show up as their own line at checkout. Nothing on the listing promises a specific amount.

Frequently asked questions
Is it good for cracked heels?
Urea creams are widely used for dry heels, but severe cracks need a clinician.
Can people with diabetes use it?
Ask a doctor first, since diabetic feet need medical guidance.
How is this listing different from the other?
The title matches a cheaper listing with a different seller score, so compare.
How long will delivery take?
This ships from overseas, so count on 7 to 21 days. Local-warehouse listings skip most of that transit. Refunds and returns run through AliExpress Buyer Protection rather than directly with the seller. Act before the dispute window closes.
Is the Urea Foot and Hand Cream on sale?
Yes. AliExpress lists it at $2.85, down from $5.94 (52% off). Sale prices change, so confirm the live price on aliexpress.com.
Is there a discount on the Urea Foot and Hand Cream?
AliExpress publishes these ways to save: Coins in the app. AliExpress sets the terms, which can change; our AliExpress coupons page has the details.
What is AliExpress's return policy?
Eligible items can be returned within 90 days of payment, with the first return on each order free, according to AliExpress's 2024 US announcement. Return terms vary by seller and item, so check the product page. Custom, perishable and hygiene items are generally excluded.
How long does AliExpress take to ship?
AliExpress's 2024 US guarantee listed Choice orders at 5 to 12 days and standard orders at 8 to 14 days, but real-world standard shipping from China often runs longer. Items marked Ship from United States come from local stock. Free shipping on Choice orders depends on a minimum order shown at checkout.
Does the Urea Foot and Hand Cream come with a warranty?
AliExpress's published warranty terms: AliExpress does not publish a marketplace-wide product warranty. Coverage depends on the individual seller, and Buyer Protection covers non-delivery, damage and not-as-described claims instead.
Where can I buy the Urea Foot and Hand Cream?
The Urea Foot and Hand Cream is sold directly by AliExpress on aliexpress.com. The Shop now button on this page goes straight to the product there.
Is the Urea Foot and Hand Cream in stock?
Yes. AliExpress lists it as in stock on aliexpress.com as of our latest check. Stock and prices refresh throughout the day.
Is AliExpress a legit store?
AliExpress is a legitimate marketplace that is worth using for cheap, low-risk things like cables, tools, cleaning supplies and small home items, as long as you can wait and you buy from well-rated sellers. Skip it for anything safety-critical, brand-name or urgent. Check the seller's feedback score, the delivery estimate and the import-charge line at checkout before you pay.
