Frequently asked questions
Is it the same product as the other mesh ball listing?
The title matches, but a different seller can use a different size or build. The listing photos and any size notes are the best clue.
Does it replace a wet sponge?
Many people use a mesh ball instead because it keeps the tip hotter. Re-tin the tip with a little solder after cleaning.
How long does shipping to the US take?
Usually about 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the seller's shipping method.
Is it worth it at under $2?
It is an easy test purchase. If you already have a good sponge or mesh cleaner, you do not need it.
Is the Copper Mesh Soldering Tip Cleaning Ball on sale?
Yes. AliExpress lists it at $1.68, down from $4.92 (66% off). Sale prices change, so confirm the live price on aliexpress.com.
Is there a discount on the Copper Mesh Soldering Tip Cleaning Ball?
AliExpress publishes these ways to save: Coins in the app. AliExpress sets the terms, which can change; our AliExpress coupons page has the details.
What is AliExpress's return policy?
Eligible items can be returned within 90 days of payment, with the first return on each order free, according to AliExpress's 2024 US announcement. Return terms vary by seller and item, so check the product page. Custom, perishable and hygiene items are generally excluded.
How long does AliExpress take to ship?
AliExpress's 2024 US guarantee listed Choice orders at 5 to 12 days and standard orders at 8 to 14 days, but real-world standard shipping from China often runs longer. Items marked Ship from United States come from local stock. Free shipping on Choice orders depends on a minimum order shown at checkout.
Does the Copper Mesh Soldering Tip Cleaning Ball come with a warranty?
AliExpress's published warranty terms: AliExpress does not publish a marketplace-wide product warranty. Coverage depends on the individual seller, and Buyer Protection covers non-delivery, damage and not-as-described claims instead.
Where can I buy the Copper Mesh Soldering Tip Cleaning Ball?
The Copper Mesh Soldering Tip Cleaning Ball is sold directly by AliExpress on aliexpress.com. The Shop now button on this page goes straight to the product there.
Is the Copper Mesh Soldering Tip Cleaning Ball in stock?
