About AndaSeat

AndaSeat makes gaming chairs, ergonomic office chairs and a small range of desks and accessories. According to its About page, the brand started in 2007, its name comes from the Spanish "anda" (go on), and its products are sold through 100+ retailers worldwide. It is also active in esports, with team editions for NRG and FlyQuest and licensed collaborations like a Minions collection.

The lineup and prices

Chairs make up 49 of the 62 products in the store, and the median price is $399. The range breaks down into clear tiers:

• Novis Series ($229): the budget chair, available in Ash Gray and Elegant Black, with optional lumbar and head pillows.
• Phantom 4 ($289) and Phantom 4 Pro ($379): mid-range ergonomic office and gaming chairs in several colors.
• X-Air mesh chairs ($399 to $449): breathable mesh office chairs, including the Twilight and Celeste X-Air Pro.
• Kaiser 3 ($459 to $479) and Kaiser 3E ($359): the long-running premium line, with linen fabric and PVC leather options.
• Kaiser 4 ($529 to $549): the current flagship with 6D armrests, offered in 27 variants, plus team editions.

The Minions Kaiser 4 editions sit at the top at $659. Accessories include an Axis single monitor arm ($129), a magnetic memory foam pillow with a cooling layer ($69), and a Minions bean bag gaming sofa ($159). Discounts are modest: 38 products show a sale price, usually $20 to $150 off.

Product pages in the data we reviewed carry little text description, so check the spec sheet and size guide on each chair page carefully. One Kaiser 3 listing is labeled "(test)", so buy from the main listing instead.

How it compares

AndaSeat's chairs land below the most well-known premium gaming chair brands at similar tiers, and the warranty is a real strength: 3 years standard on chairs and desks, extendable to 5 years for free in two steps, according to their warranty page. Accessories get 6 months. The warranty only covers orders placed on andaseat.com and is not transferable.

Shipping and returns

Orders ship from US, UK and Australian warehouses within 72 business hours, and in-stock items arrive in 7 to 10 business days. Pre-orders can take 1 to 2 months. Shipping is free to the US, UK, Australia and some European countries, with the exact cost shown at checkout. PO boxes are not accepted.

The return policy is the catch. You can cancel for a full refund before your order ships. Once it ships, there is no refund unless there is a quality problem, which is handled through the warranty. That makes choosing the right size and model before you order more important than with most furniture retailers.

What stands out
