EasySMX review 2026
EasySMX is a smart buy if you want a drift-resistant Hall effect controller for PC, Switch 2 or your phone without paying first-party prices, and its 18-month warranty beats the usual one year. Skip it if you need Xbox or PlayStation console support, which the lineup does not focus on. Check the platform list on the exact model before ordering, since PC, Switch and mobile lines are separate.
About EasySMX
EasySMX makes game controllers and a handful of accessories. Its about page says the company was established in 2014, sells mainly through Amazon, AliExpress and other marketplaces, and runs this official store alongside them. The site draws an estimated 139,000 visits a month.
What the catalog looks like
The official store is small and focused: 34 products, 16 of them controllers, with the rest made up of USB receivers, charging docks, cases and Switch 2 accessory bundles. Prices run from $9.99 to $99.99, with a median of $32.99. The lineup is split into series: the X series for PC and multiplatform, the S series for Switch 2 and Switch, the D series, and the M series for phones.
Concrete examples: the X05 with Hall effect joysticks and triggers is $29.99, the quieter X05 Pro is $35.99, and the X20 with trigger lock and detachable Hall sticks is $59.99. The S10 for Switch 2, with console wake-up, TMR sticks and HD rumble, is $59.99, and a cheaper S10 Lite is $39.99. On mobile, the M20 with its rotating ABXY layout and 1000Hz polling is $69.99. The top model, the Dune 8K Wireless PC controller, claims an 8000Hz polling rate in wired and dongle modes for $99.99.
What sets it apart
The main selling point is that Hall effect or TMR sticks (designed to avoid stick drift) come standard even at $30, a feature that costs extra on many name-brand pads. EasySMX also sells replacement USB dongles for each controller at $11.99 and magnetic swappable sticks for the X20, which helps if you lose a receiver or wear out a stick. Very little of the store is on sale (3 items), so prices are fairly stable.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping is free to the US, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, much of Asia, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Brazil, with quoted delivery of 3 to 12 days for North America. Orders ship from US or European warehouses when stocked, otherwise from Dongguan, China. Other countries pay $5 to $20 by weight.
The refund policy offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for any reason on undamaged products with original packaging, and refunds are processed within 7 days of the return arriving. You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns; the policy also contains a line saying the buyer covers shipping on quality-related claims, which conflicts with the earlier exception for damaged items, so ask support before shipping a defective unit back. Every product carries an 18-month warranty from receipt, with repairs usually done within 15 days. Orders from Amazon, Walmart or AliExpress must go through those channels' support emails instead.
What stands out
- 18-month warranty. Longer than the one-year term common on budget controllers.
- Hall effect sticks at entry prices. The X05 has Hall effect sticks and triggers for $29.99.
- Free shipping to most regions. Includes the US, Canada, Europe, Australia and Brazil.
- Replacement parts sold. Spare 2.4G dongles for each model and swappable sticks for the X20.

Tips before you buy
- Pick the series that matches your platform: X for PC, S for Switch 2, M for phones.
- Ask support which warehouse your order ships from if you need it fast; US stock ships sooner than China stock.
- Buy a spare 2.4G dongle ($11.99) if you play on more than one PC.
- Buy from the official site rather than Amazon or AliExpress if you want the store's own warranty handling.
- Keep the original packaging for 30 days; returns require it.
